Estate Planning

Over my years of service to my business and real estate clients, I noticed that many small business owners and other individuals have estate planning needs that were going unmet. We offer estate planning services such as wills, health care powers of attorney, general powers of attorney, living wills, trust administration, including annual notices to payors, grantors, and crummey letters. As one of the law firm's clients, you can expect the following:

  • Education and information about estate planning options that are available for you;

  • Guidance toward informed decision making about end-of-life matters;

  • Friendly and understanding service with a compassion for survivorship issues.
