Laura received a B.A. in English, Magna Cum Laude, from Furman University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a recipient of the Outstanding Senior award. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she graduated first in her class. At USC School of Law, Ms. Huggins was also an Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review and judicial intern to the Honorable Jean H. Toal of the South Carolina Supreme Court. Laura was also a member of the Order of the Coif, the John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court, and Honor Council during her time at USC School of Law. She was also a Legal Writing Teacher's Assistant and the Chief Justice for the Order of Wig and Robe. Laura is the owner of Laura H. Huggins, LLC, where she practices business, real estate, estate planning, and probate administration law.
Laura was raised in the Grand Strand area of South Carolina and still has family who lives on the coast. She loves calling Chapin her home (since 2000) and enjoys serving her community in a variety of ways. Laura and her husband, Keith Huggins, are blessed with three daughters. As a family, they love to travel and spend time on Lake Murray, especially with their Golden Retriever, Honey.

Meet the Team

Noelle Naumann
Paralegal (Estate Planning and Corporate)
Noelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of South Carolina. Noelle first worked for the Law Office of Laura H. Huggins from 2012-2015, and rejoined the team in 2018. After almost a decade as a corporate and real estate paralegal, her focus is now primarily estate planning. She takes pride in knowing that she is helping clients prepare themselves and their families for the future. Noelle lives in Pawleys Island with her husband and two children. She enjoys trying all the wonderful seafood in the South Strand, boating on the Waccamaw River, and watching a good movie.

Crystal joined our team as Office Financial Manager in September 2020. Crystal has 15 years of experience working in finance in various medical offices in the area. Crystal lives in Little Mountain with her husband, Chris and their two beautiful daughters, Addi and Aryn. In her free time, Crystal enjoys CrossFit and taking care of her goats, chickens, cats and dog. She also loves spending time with her family and enjoying downtime on the weekends.

Addy Hardaway
Care Coordinator
Addy joined the firm in July 2025 as the Care Coordinator. She welcomes our wonderful clients and supports the office team. Addy graduated from Clemson University where she earned a business degree in 2020. She lives in Chapin with her college sweetheart, husband Heath Hardaway, and their golden retriever, Gracie. She enjoys spending free with her friends and family and training for marathons.

Sarah Barker
Corporate and Estate Planning Paralegal
Sarah joined the firm in October 2023. She graduated from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia in 2005. After marrying her college sweetheart and working in the Baltimore area for ten years, she moved back to the South and chose to stay at home to raise her two children. She works part time to assist our clients with their estate planning and corporate needs. In her free time, she enjoys playing board games with her family and bargain shopping. Sarah is excited to be back in the work force and eager to help our amazing team serve you!

Annalise Huggins
Corporate and Estate Planning Paralegal
Annalise graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia where she earned a supply chain management degree from the Terry School of Business in 2024. She is currently a student at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law where she plans to graduate in May of 2028. She has experience at multiple firms in Georgia where she has gained skill in and passion for the legal field. In her free time she enjoys long walks, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Abigail Foster
Corporate and Estate Planning Paralegal
Abigail graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business and the Honors College at the University of South Carolina, where she earned a bachelors of science in business administration in 2025. She graduated as a double major in marketing and management with concentrations in business analytics and entrepreneurship and a minor in Spanish. She lives in Columbia with her twin sister, Olivia, and enjoys reading, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and traveling . Abigail plans to attend law school in the fall of 2026.
