For the first six years of my practice, I enjoyed working on a large variety of complicated transactions with large and small businesses. During that time, I gleaned tremendous training, knowledge, and experience from some of the foremost lawyers and business owners in the southeast United States. When I formed my own business in 2004, my understanding of the challenges and daily issues faced by small businesses exponentially increased. As a fellow small business owner since that time, I appreciate the financial, staffing, and other impacts that regulatory compliance requirements, contractual provisions, and corporate governance parameters have. My approach is to give sound advice and counsel while respecting the cost and time limitations of my clients.
